Tasted their ginger tea with butter cake. Yea was good. And desserts need some improvement. Good place for a hot tea in the cool weather.

Lovely place. At Tea centre they served brownies and butter cake which was tasty.
Very unpleasant experience. Customer service was awful. Tea was not also up-to standar and the service was not also organized.

We were searching for a tea factory tour and came across Kellibedda Tea Factory while passing Haputale town on a Sunday. Entrance fee is 300Rs per person and I must say it is totally worth it. We got a tour guide was really keen into explaining the process and he answered all of our questions as well. Then we got a chance to taste tea straight out of the factory. Manager was also present and he went on to explain how to identify good quality tea. Staff were all friendly and made our tour an informative and an interesting one. There is also a shop selling factory tea right outside and an average 400g tea packet was about 400rs.
