Rooms were very clean. Staff very helpful and courteous. There's a lovely open restaurant, where you can sit and enjoy your meal in a open setting. Meals were very well prepared and tasty. They even arrange tours to the Elephant Orphanage, temples, Tea Factory etc. Even bikes and tuk rides available. I will visit that place again as I feel safe and at home. If you need anything , the staff are so helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights whilst in Kandy, everything was ok and price may well be fair for Kandy, the room was simple and a little sparse, nice restaurant (more expensive than local eats but good) and the breakfast buffet of tea coffee toast jam plus string hoppers dahl and coconut sambol with roti was delicious. The terrace was lovely to sit on of an evening but loud building work nearby, limited soft drinks no alcohol. Monkeys, chipmunks, lizards and birds all present here. Staff were warm enough; our tuk tuk driver took us round patiently but it may be cheaper to walk down to the main road and haggle! Walking distance to the lake, market, town centre and temple.
We didn't rent a room, we just came their to eat dinner and the children liked it, that why we came back again for breakfast and dinner at the next day. The fruits are very delicious we loved it. They are very friendly and helpful.
Room was filthy, bed sheets were dirty, bathroom light was broken and flickering, fan woke us up in the middle of the night squeaking and breaking, towels provided had stains on them and to top it off there were insects and cobwebs in the bathroom. We didn’t expect anything special for the price but very disappointing.
Breakfast was good. Room was okey, not noisy. Bed was okey. Bad wasn't that great. Water pressure very low and at night it didn't even worked for some hours.
Excellent location and a clean, tidy and nice place to set base in Kandy.
