Service of the front counter staff member was excellent. However when tried to call them through their official number to check the status of the service they never responded to my call. Then I had to call the sales office staff from whom I bought the device to get their support to reach out to Kandy service center. After several attempts one staff from Kandy center phoned me saying he will confirm the collectability of the device by 1.30pm of same day. But he never phoned me back. So I had to call them again to check about the device. So Kandy service center needs better customer service specially responding to calls.

worst experience... said they will give the quotation within 4 days, but took 7 days for it, just to give the same quotation they gave me a month ago. said they have all the parts needed for repair, and a week later when i call said parts are needed to shipped from china! took my money and came back phone lines are not working, said its because they have one line(how is that?), later found out that they avoid answering customers intentionally(!) with so many negative reviews i wonder why no one has taken any action from head office. no care for customers, only thing they do is wasting customers time.even at the office they take a long time for simple check.

Place is Good. Clearly maintaining Covid-19 avoiding methods. But atbthe time i visit there, there is only one Agent in counter and it took bit long time to serve for customers. But his service also good an satisfy. Nice place and seems having all the repair parts.
