The initial pilot project of Ingine Lanka is to be commissioned by the end of year 2018 and currently Ingine Lanka is in the process of consenting and approval process of the project. For the increasing demand of electricity in Sri Lanka this would be a carbon free solution which is in concurrence with the vision of the Ministry of Power and Energy in Sri Lanka and the Sustainable Energy Authority (SEA).
