An amazing shopping experience. The showroom is well spaced, neat and in an orderly condition. The staff professional, efficient and super friendly. We were offered a personalised service that made us repeat customers. Our first purchase was a double door refrigerator, then a washing machine and we returned to buy a TV. Hope to get all our electrical and electronic appliances for our newly built home from this outlet. We found Yasitha to be one of the most customer centric staff we ever met when buying materials for the house. Always with a smile, he has the time and energy to be with a customer satisfying their needs. He has answers for all queries and would go the extra mile to provide options or alternates depending on ones individual budget. Also the cleaning lady is extremely supportive during the shopping experience although she may be an outsourced staff. Congratulations Softlogic K Zone. Well done. Hope all your outlets will have staff like Yasitha.

Jaela branch:After service (warantee) is a nightmare, sweet talking salesman but the way they handle the repairs are so poor. Compare to Damro your services need to be upgraded. Poor service staff

This was like an orchard in a desert. It was sweltering hot outside about 34 degrees Celsius and I was quite thirsty and hungry. The supermarket inside solved both my thirst and hunger. The K zone is small but one stop shop for all my needs!
