I visited Devon bakers today. Since around 5-6 years I am a customer of Devon. Today I went there and buy some sweets . I gave them Rs.5000 and they gave me balance. I did a mistake as I didn't count the balance infront of them. I stepped out counting the balance. I got to know that they did some mistake when giving balance. I should get Rs.4750 and they gave me only Rs.4250. I went to counter again and asked them. They didn't consider and said there shouldn't any mistake because two of them counting the balance. And they started there own work. They didn't consider at all. I know any one can do mistakes. But their behavior???so disgusting. But I am not blaming to everyone there. But the management should consider their staff's behavior towards the customers.

Surprisingly manager there was not friendly or cooperative. He wanted us to leave as soon as we finished having snack though the rest of the tables were also vacant. The way he asked us to leave...i.e.going to the notice "avoid loiter" and touching it was very rude... I always had a very good impression about Devon bakers. So...if you go there to have a discussion while having a snack, don't finish your snack until the discussion is over...
Cafe area - Resonable prices with average service. No place to wash our hands. Vegi roti is not worth for price. Wades are good. They serve Sweet shorteats, Ice cream, soft drinks as well.

Easily accessible location. Has almost all bakery products from pastries to cakes and bread as well. Good for a quick bite. They serve ice cream corns for 40Rs. take away Lunch packets are available around 12pm. Food quality is good just like in other devon outlets. Since its located right besides the main road, dust can come inside.
