Love the atmosphere in the new building. If you do stop by, you should try the Big Boss burger. Yes, the prices have gone up, but the meal is quite good and worth the money. I remember stopping by the branch in Kotahena and the service was terrible. So was the food. To be honest, didn't have high hopes this time, but the service at the Kandy branch was adequate. Most of all, the meal was warm, unlike the time in Kotahena, where my chicken bucket felt as it were prepared hours ago! Hope you maintain this standard in time to come.
If you can't accept an order, atleast have the brain to decline it. You wasted more than 1hour of mine. Is this a fast food outlet? Tf is wrong with you people
Very nice but a lot of steps to climb up to get there. Not do busy now they've moved upstairs.

Not bad.but we cant satisfy about staff and cleanness of lavatories.Very tiny portions but expencive.But ice cone is pretty good , very delicious and reasonable price
KFC KANDY CHICKEN IS ONE OF THE WORST IN SRILANKA ! PLEASE IMPROVE IT ! AND SOMETIMES THEY DONT COUNT THE CHICKEN PIECES AS WELL (PLEASE BE AWARE WHO ARE ONTO TAKEAWAYS )
