Well I would give 5 stars as I normally do. The lack of attention on customers and lack of help made me feel lost in the premises. I didn't know where to find the book and there was no one in sight to get help from. The Kandy Branch has a great interior and a wide range of books to choose from. The entrance welcome is warm and inviting. You can use either the lift or staircase to get to the first and second floors. Most of the translation and sinhala medium books are available on the ground floor. The English Medium books are available in both first and second floors. They have even set up a reading area where we can sit comfortably and move through the pages of a book that you have picked. However I hope that they pay more attention to the customer needs since one is likely to feel lost surrounded by bookshelves with numerous books.

customer service is very poor. No Personal attention. My expedience at the shop is I ordered a specific book and they have given something else. And they are not willing to Experience it
One of the beat known bookshops in Sri lanka. Great place to buy and read books. You can buy books from various catagories and also educational instruments. Friendly service and great prices.

Best place to buy all the types of books and stationery items for every age. The renovation that is done in the place is superb and the addition of cozy chairs is a great idea for the people to sit and read..
