Worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. They kept on talking to each other without serving. Spent more than 1 hour for a simple work.

I visited this place to get a SIM card. A nice place. It has a nice waiting area. They first serve those who come first. When I was there all the agents were not available as it was just to close. So that I waited a bit. They attended the work well.

Wow, appearances was fabulous service was 0. Given 1 star coz there is no other points to give. Waited 40 minutes to pass 3 numbers. Even I didn't get my chance. Very bad customer service even though they have token system.

Poor service. New Sims were not activated until two days had to refill the application form to activate the sim going back to the a0. They do not care about time of customers and have to wait. Also they are doing their own works and discussions with other staff members and customers have to wait until they are done.
Go to mobitel kcc for once and you lose 45 minutes of your life. It looks and smells good and the officers do a good job but not enough customer care officers to fill the tables so there is always a long waiting time. Be prepared to waste 30-45 minutes there.
