Brought a sapphire necklace and was very pleased with the service. I have just had it valued for insurance purposes and it is 3 x the price I paid. It is a genuine Ceylon sapphire. I was very pleasantly surprised.

A well known Gem & Jewellery trade centre. Have varieties of Gems, Gold and silver jewellery. Patronised mainly by foreigners. A hospitable and cordial service centre in Kandy city.
Visited as part of organised tour. Some interesting information given. Free cup of tea. Fairly high pressure selling after the tour, gems cheaper than the UK.

Omg I bought a blue sapphire from them the stone was fake. It was heated one .They gave me a certificate but it also not valid. I went and check my stone from Sri Lankan gem Bureau. they advise me to change the stone as well as Sri Lankan gem Bureau said that there are so many complaints to Prasanna games. Finally this Prasanna James avoid me badly and they never change my stone. I never recommend to go there
