I've purchased a sofa set on instalment-basis payment on 31 st January 2020. Accordingly I've continued paying them on every 25th of each month. But following the Covid-19 outbreak I was unable to pay on the due date & they've added a default amount for the month of May. However after that, on each & every month they continued adding the default to the rental & when I inquired about this issue they said that the extra default is continuously being added to every month. I find their methods are too inhumane even during a global pandemic.

I bought a huawei Y9 phone and the motherboard got upset before one month and when I ask for a new phone they did not replace me a new phone and also did not return the old phone. Never buy a phone from seetha the do not have any responsibilties they trying to take money
A fine place to get original Trek furniture. The prizes are very high but it is alright for the quality of the furniture. It is open on weekdays. They do not have any delivery facilities for the furniture, we have to take care of it our own.
Unorganized, salesmen were lazy unsupportive.

I visited their Kundasale shop twice but there wasn't any body to assist us. Waited for 10 minutes. Customer service should be improved.
This is regarding Kandy, Mulgampola branch. I made an order on 05th of May for an arm chair. It was promised to deliver in 2 wks. After 2wks when i inquire the answer was that it would be delivered in next week. After 3 wks I gave a call, and I was told that the shop was delivered another arm chair but not mine. So i had to wait for another week.(one month). After one month i called again but my chair was not arrived. They asked me to wait for another 10 days. After 11 days when I visited the place the chair was not there! They don't even bother to give me a call when it was not ready on the said date. Horrible customer service.
