We looked for a house contractor in Kandy to build an investment property we recently purchased. We had two main objectives, a reliable building contractor with a moderate price. Since we're not living in the house and we didn't want to come by everyday to check the work those two main objectives were our main concern. Kedella Builders were recommended to us by a friend who saw their work. After talking to a few other contractors in Kandy, we decided to go along with Kedella Homes. We are extremely happy with our choice, Engineer Amila Perera was just great. Our budget was mainly kept with only a slight increase and that happened because we requested some extra things during the job. The work was completed on time and the workers kept the job site clean. We will recommend Kedella Builders to anyone.
