They're very helpful when it comes to pick something here. They obliged to clean the toy when it was dusty inside and gift wrapped it as well for an extra charge. The service was great! However, the toy's battery and charger was missing, which the box says is included. This was the disappointing part and I have yet to visit again so that they can fix the problem.
