Kanchana akki is a sweet soul, and she made sure to do a wonderful job on both my wedding and homecoming day. She is very flexible and very accommodating. She tries her best to deliver what you ask of her. I received very good comments on both days. We went to this place yesterday for a manicure and pedicure and also for a nail art for my wife, and i would like to share our worst experience with others. 1. We fixed an appointment before we go there but they have no idea of our appointment. I guess they have no proper arrangement with premade appointments. 2. We had to wait about 30 minutes until they buy and bring required stuffs from outside. 3. We heard some aggressive arguments among staff and their appearance was not pleasant at all. 4. When they perform the treatments, it was surely understood that they are working tirelessly. That experience was very unsatisfactory. 5. They had not sufficient verities of nail polishes and other stuffs such as creams, etc. 6. Even though they undertook also the nail art initially , there were no one to do that and waiting and asking others. 7. It seemed the girl who did the treatment was in some personal problems and therefore she vanished from time to time while doing the treatment. So that it took more than 2 hours to finished the work. (Manicure and pedicure only) 8. With these disgusting incidents, my wife had to another salon for our requirement done. As a summary, our experience was very disgusting with this salon and we never recommend this salon to anyone. (We chose this salon becuz of good reviews in google. But it is totally misleading )

Returned because my first waxing experience here was a good one. This time got a 'full body' wax done with so much of leftover patches of hair. Job so poorly done even after multiple times repeating on the same spot and taking two hours worth of time. Won't be returning or recommending to anyone.
