They pick up your laundry and drop it off the next day on time, like clockwork. We live in a three story walk up and they deliver directly to our door! The laundry comes back expertly folded, clean, and smelling great. We price shopped around before hiring Klean Mart and they're the best pricing for the best service. All in all, since we no longer have to pay for detergent or quarters for laundry machines, the price isn't even that much of a jump from what we were paying when we were lugging around our laundry ourselves! Excellent customer service. When you call in with a question, you get an answer quickly. If something like needing to reschedule a pickup comes up, they make it easy for you.

Incredibly timely, super professional, employees have a very nice/kind demeanor, fabulous work (the clothing is always nicely cleaned/folded and smells like fresh flowers) - truly a business worth hiring! Klean Mart Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service is how businesses should be ran nowadays. We've used their service since the beginning and haven't encountered one small issue - that's unheard of!
