Food was excellent and service was great, the rooms themselves need a slight upgrade though

Nothing to complain about...staff,room,facilities....everything just worth the price... Food was beyond anything.. Taste,portion,presentation,freshness was just amazing... Specialy friendly staff & excellent service... Highly recommend for a stay...

A wedding function was held on two weeks ago at Earl's red kurunegala. Management level is Nill (even very low count of guests). I was so disappointed that day. my visitors also gave some bad feedbacks. 1) Earl's red management couldn't give welcome drink properly, don't serve the selected welcome drink. 2) welcome drink didn't serve to wedding couple. When complain it, Management of earl's said that it is not served to couple. So funny... if you are planned to arrange your wedding function here, you may not serve the welcome drink. 3) The distribution of snacks was not at my discretion but at their discretion. They made these omissions even though the payment was made on the due date. So I had to think more about paying on time. Earl's red management spoil my special day. Having said all that before, it was sad to see this mess. If you choose this function hall, think about it. Do not trust management. Before put this review I called earl's group personally. They don't care it. They tried to prove that there is no fault in their hand. Refuse my complain and disagree with me. Totally disappointed about service. However, I would like to say that the lunch is very clean and authentic
I must be really grateful to the management as they arranged us a wedding function within 6h after a tragic experience at Kshatriya Villa, Mawathagama. Strongly recommended for any function in Kurunegala!
