I decided to try this tour agency for a family and friends tour in March 2020. Mr Himantha planned such a fantastic itinerary for us. The hotels were superb and everyone enjoyed this trip. I booked a tour with Himantha purely based on the excellent response I received from him during the planning phases. For a 7 day trip with 2 friends, Himantha provided a detailed itinerary and made adjustments for our trip based on our requests. The hotels were all superb, with fantastic pricing, but best of all was our guide Mr Danush! He was most pleasant and welcoming, took care of us and guided us through the whole trip. He was also such a dedicated photographer! So many of our lovely memories of Sri Lanka were captured wonderfully by Mr Danush. I would most certainly recommend going with One and Only Travels, and specifically with Mr Danush! No complaints whatsoever, only a trip full of beautiful memories!

After visiting high street travel agents and two other online agents we found these guys. Began with a standard tour but then modified it greatly to suit our own tastes. Added an extra day either end for airport transit hotels plus extra during the trip too! Communication was great throughout. Just can't fault the level of service. This was with our own personal guide/driver Danush (who is exceptional). Even whilst on the road we altered our itinerary to suit too. The hotels booked for us were extraordinarily good and the sights we saw memorable. The lasting memory - from booking to flying home - were the Sri Lankans - fabulous people in a fabulous country. We would like to thank Himantha and the team very much for a professional service provided to us for whole duration of 11 days tour in Sri Lanka and not to forget prior the tour, during the planning, which I can say as a last minute arrangement since we notified them just a couple of days only before departure date. It was proven that he and the team had made us very satisfied with all arrangement including hotels and itineraries. Special thank to Ruvi, our guide, who was very helpful and had deep knowledge about all destination. Moreover the van he brought was very comfortable and spacious. This was very good since we had some big bags to store in along the journey. Hence, I really recommended him along with One and Only Travels for a great tour in Sri Lanka.

We have enjoyed the srilanka tours from One and only travels which has provided me the flexibility in choosing the itinerary and guided us to best places and staying. Warm welcome by Mr Mohan and Ms Mihirini and provided best vehicle for journey. Assisted through out our travel and make sure we get the best. Mr Mohan our guide has explained well about all the places and given us adequate time to relax( especially needed when travelling with small kids). Its a memorable experiance. Highly recomandable.
