365 Banking center of Seylan bank. Very busy branch. No parking facilities. ATM and Cash deposit machine are also available. Advice to come during off peak hours and use online facilities fully to avoid ques and long waiting time. Took 1.5 hours to open a savings account!!! (They can't achieve the service level of Sampath Bank even in next decade!!) Tolerated due to polite front reception counter (account opening) staff.
