I am a customer from Idama, Moratuwa having two bottles totally. Mr. Saman was delivered us every week and his service was appreciable. We realized only when a new guy appointed. Few months back a new guy was in-charge and told me he wont come every week and asked me to buy extra bottles if i need ( in a very rude manner, totally disappointed). Even if i call and sms to remind hi m that we need water on Thursdays he forgets and answer without any responsibility. As we have a toddler , kindly arrange delivery every week or every other week . TIA

I am one of your long-term customer from Kotagedara Madapatha. Mr. Ranasingha give me good service and he delivered every week regularly. Few months ago change the delivery routing and now comes other gentlemen every Tuesday. But few months ago he says he can't come every week and told he can come every other week... Then we brought another extra bottle and managed our stock, unfortunately now he comes randomly I don't know why he is doing like this, I don't know because we take 2 bottles at a time!! My family used to drink Lalanka water more than 12 years now even we are going outstation we are carrying lalanka bottels. Appreciate if you can arranged delivey every other week regularly. Thanks.
OMG the attitude of the security guard at their store horrible. As if we take water from his well for Free No customer service don't help to load bottles. Only for customers who comes in SUVs he gives that service I wish I could change the water supplier

THANK you for the response. However an reputed organisation must understand that to recognize a the value of a CUSTOMER weather a novice or an old CUSTOMER. Sometimes the new customer might bring sound business to you compared to the other. I brought the second expensive unit with water cans to our residence which is very rare because of MS. Best service ! Delivery/office staff (Ratmalana/kandawala area) is very courteous. On time delivery. Specially, Delivery staff is very responsible , dedicated and dong a great job. I brought bottle couple week a ago .they said delivery service available. After finish bottle they said Friday only they delivery , when called them they said coming or Saturday never deliver, manger also same ...Shame ..I spend money n put my self trouble....
