Power cuts at least once a week if not more. Terrible. It’s like living in a rural area. Companies that can’t maintain consistent and proper electricity should not be in the game. Disgraceful.

Very poor service. No calls are answered to get more information. Such a bad service. Being a Sri Lankans have to face with the s**t always
For the last 3 months I have been visiting the nawala branch numerous times following up on my request for name change and Assessment Number rectification. I have submitted all documents, and even paid them. Every time they say it will be done. But nothing happens. I’m so fed up of their service. Very lethargic and laid back attitude to customers.

Really bad... useless having 24 hour hotline its eternally engaged or not answered. Everyday powercuts without any warning..
I don't understand why they even have a number to call when it's never answered during breakdown. This should be taken over by the board... LECO is an utterly incompetent authority. So many power failures in the Nugegoda area. Get out if you cannot serve the public properly. Will launch petition against LECO soon.
Terrible, very poor service. Never able to call the line when there is a power failure! Utterly useless having a phone line when customers are unable to get through when they need details.
