AC not working in first apartment we checked. Lift not working. Had to carry the luggage 3 floors to an apartment where the AC worked. Pool not cleaned and not ready for use. Bedroom door lock broken. Windows have no locks. Rate is 7500/- (this dump is in Kaduwela) where as Cinnamon Red (Colpetty) is going for 9450/- net tonight. WHAT A DUMP.

I spent 12 days at this wonderful place with my family. The environment was amazing and it was very calm in the night. The kids were having a great fun at the rooftop swimming pool and the staff was very pleasing.

I highly recommend Sky14, the staff were inviting and the cleanliness of the room was great. Definitely would come again soon . One more thing, highly recommended the view.
Excellent place with nice apartments and nice view on rooftop restaurant. Food are great too. If you looking for calm and quiet getaway near colombo this is a great option.
I had an 1 month stay at this hotel. I came there from Romania, on university duties, and I chose it for its location near SLIIT. Everything was great from the beginning until the end. The residence is located in a beautiful green area. The room had all the necessary amenities and more and was kept always clean and in order. The people were very warm and welcoming. I have beautiful memories from there. If I'll come back to Colombo area, I will definitely choose it again!
Sky 14 has a beautiful view with excellent service and the very clean apartments. Thanks for having us and look forward to visiting soon again!
