Take all types of photos and take orders to cover any occasion. Fast and friendly service. Specially very matured photographer very friendly, helpful and with a pleasant smiling face always. I went to take visa photos. Which are in good quality. Changing rooms available. Washroom available. No parking space. Entrance wheelchairs not accessible.
date- 14/10/2020 this is not the right place to take visa related photos. I had a bad experience there I was yelled by the photographer for asking to take for the second time. even though I couldn't get the right photo and not value for money.
Worst service i have ever seen Customer relations 1% Working Speed 0% Editing 2%
Worst customer service ever. My sister had paid for 2 enlarged photos and a soft copy for her graduation. We were asked to pay another 1,900/ for two soft copies and they didnt mention it before

Traditional photography should be upgraded. Should be customer friendly.
It used to be one of the best in Kandy. But now I'm not sure. I just go in search of nostalgia.
