I’m on the 14th night of Aryuvedic Yoga retreat. 5 personalized yoga classes a week, daily Aryuvedic treatments designed for my body type & issues in addition to 3 delicious and organic meals a day. This place is a hidden gem on the Bentota River. View of water from my veranda and my room is spacious with both fan and A/C. Hot water in shower and sink. 4 staff members, all warm & friendly are making my stay simply wonderful! Plus all this for less than most hotel stays in area.

Здесь замечательно! Райский сад и уединение! Йога, медитация,массаж, аюрведа Здесь вы можете расслабиться, забыть о своих проблемах и восстановить силы. Вы почувствуете как энергия и спокойствие возвращаются к вам и к вам придет решение ваших проблем не из позиции вашего беспокойного ума, а из позиции гармонии и любви! Жилье простое, но есть все для комфорта: удобные большие кровати, кондиционер, горячая вода. Персонал вежливый и ненавязчивый. Учитель йоги действительно учитель!!!
