Very bad customer service. The staff does not care about the customers. May be they are expecting corporate or big time customers than the small ones. Their fabrics are beautiful and collection is nice but so off putting by the service they provided to me.

Very bad after sales service. I have been calling them since almost 2 weeks to fix 2 blinds but they keep on saying will get back but never call back. Today morning when i called again to remind, said will send in the evening but no one came. Not even a call. Very poor service

The first thing I noticed is the decent selection of material. I went in with the measurements and they gave an estimate based on it. Later a guy came to take the measurements. About a week after a team of 2 arrived to install. They were experienced and quick.
