First time in 5 years had a accident never will use this company again. fully comprehensive VIP service no way. I had to personally pay out of my pocket over Rs.650,000.00 and got back Rs.390,000.00 from the insurance. I had to fight all the way, they just do not want to handle or pay out any money, 5 months without a car? No wounder the made so much money every year. Secret is train your staff to say not part of the accident and technical team have no clue and unqualified? Still waiting for windscreen to be replaced? What a joke LOL
