Ramani is increasing prices day by day in Negombo whereas other Salons reducing the price. Even service level is going down day by day. She is only interested in money I guess not customer satisfaction. Stopped going there . She is cashing out on name RAMANI BUT SHE DOESN'T KNOW IN THIS INTERNET WORLD PEOPLE DO COMPARE PRICE!

Customer Care at its finest!! I had a wonderful experience when I visited there for haircut! The staff is well trained and they know how take care of the clients. And the hair dresser and the manager Praneeth did an amazing job with my hair. Thank you

Went for a Hairwash and Blowdry on a short notice. Even on their busy day, they got me on time. Kevin did a wonderful job, even better than i wanted and was polite, friendly and very professional. Would highly reccomend.
