Had an extremely delightful experience, we bought a dinner set for my daughter's marriage & got it packed as per convenience of international travel to Nagpur India. In Airlines handling Rice Plate of the set got damaged and this I shared to the Noritake Colombo. Thereafter they not only responded but also agreed to send the plat by courier to Nagpur. And finally today I received the plate in perfect condition. I highly appreciate this gesture and their follow-up. ALthough few of my family members were of the view that why should they be sending, even I had doubts but extremely happy that now the set is complete. Kudos to entire Team of Noritake, especially Ms. Nadeeka (Colombo) and Ms. Dipika (Chennai) for all the trouble and coordination. Thanks a million once again.
