Very fast customer service, scooter in good condition. Most important: There is no sign or similar!! Just go to the wooden hotel/cottage which can be seen from the main street and ask for a scooter!!

I visited Nuwara Eliya last month. Rented a scooty byke from here and visited many places. Great service. Great condition. It was Yamaha Ray ZR. Went Horton Plance and Haputale via Ohiya. It was like an adventure.
