I wanted to book an appointment for my kids with the dentist. Was happy to see that there was an online system to do that... but unfortunately it is broken. First in the booking section it has as a title "Our History" ?? Then it ask to select service.. lol.. services are listed as : 2 3 4 5 Yikes.. and that means? So I called. The receptionist asked me politely enough what He can do for me. I explained that I wanted to book 3 dentist appointments. He asked me to hold the line. A young lady answered: "Ow, kiyanne." I said. "Do you speak English and it is for the dentist." "Please be on the line" Another young lady answered: "Ow, kiyanne." So I was.. "What do you want me to say.. ?" "Ow, kiyanne." Again. I said "I called for an appointment for the dentist." Hung up. So I called back and got the receptionist. I explained I had just called and got 2 girls who could not speak English. He said "ok.. what can I do for you?" Again I explained I wanted 3 dentist appointments. He asked me which day was good. I said any day in the afternoon, after school. "Schools started again?" He asked in a very dubious manner. ... yeah so that was my experience. In the end he took my number and said he would call again. Haven't heard back. Just mind boggling that such poor customer service is offered as such places.

Very poor time management, poor admin, reception and all also No parking. I think either management should give to a party where it is possible to manage a hospital and its stakeholders. Dr Horadugoda put his time as 5pm weekdays in Lanka hospital as well as Park hospital. Both at same time. He goes to Lanka hospital first. But then park hospital should put a time after 5pm. Patients are waiting here since 5pm and doctor coming around 7pm very leisurely. Once we asked it from hospital they say yes he late everyday. So why hospital not adjust arriving time accurately? I think for all doctors, park hospital doing this. So avoid this hospital.
I wish I could not even give a 1 star here It was that bad Made an appointment in the morning and he said come at 2:30 Went there at 2:30 and he said he was out having lunch he will be there in 20 mins First of all, what kind of a hospital or company tells the patient or customer to wait for them after making an appointment for 20 mins ??? Or any minutes? Then after 20 mins I called again and he said give him 5 mins! Then after one hour I left and he calls me when he gets there sending this message below “ Sorry for late I’m in center now I was struck in traffic “ I’m not even going to talk about the unhygienic condition of this place This place disgusts me overall
Nice place but need good management and quality control.
I had mix experience there. First of all when I went the gentlemen at the reception was more like giving me orders. I went there to get a dental x-ray. But the gentleman who operate the x-ray machine was very professional and friendly. He was not happy with first two x-rays and he took a third one as well. He also explain me about the x-ray as well. Must say the place is bit untidy.
The medication is charged at least double the cost of their own pharmacy price per UNIT! A total rip off from patients. Very poor transparency in the billing practice
Worst pharmacy ever they mix up brands as they want and act as they know better than the doctors. They will refuse to replace even at the moment if they already billed. Would need to shout before getting anything done. If not an emergency avoid this like the plague.
