I went to the service centre located at the 3rd floor. It was total mayhem. I had to carry 32" television set up the steps to the security guard who watches the visitor most probably as the next victim. Mind you that the steps are on high side. Then he asked me to fill a register with my name address and contact number. Thereafter he managed to open a door in the wall after a long battle with a button. This was after a creaky noise . OMG! It was a lift. Then the security guard asked me to step inside the lift and keep TV set on the floor. Then he told me to come out and he pressed the button. I think third time he was lucky and was able to send the monster up with my TV. I put a question mark up with my face but he said not to worry . Splashing my hands with sanitizer he asked me to walk up to the 3rd floor. When I entered the 3rd floor panting, I saw my TV waiting for me. Thereafter some technician diagnosed the faults. Motherboard or similar gadget and the display have to be replaced. I was then turned over to a lady assisain with a smile for the quotation. She fiddled with the key board came up with the most favourable quotation of Rs 81000 . My vocabulary ran out but managed to say that a similar brand new TV is cheaper say around Rs 60000. She was very kind enough to peek into the computer screen again and confirm that she has not made a mistake . Thereafter we both came down .TV through the lift and me through the stairs.
Experienced good and fast customer service at service center. Keep it up.
Had the worst experience with the staff at Dalugama showroom. I went there to get my JBL replaced as adviced by the call center. The staff was not helpful and showed no respect at all. I asked them for a proof invoice after handing over the product and they said that they did not have current in the showroom. What kind of excuse it that? At least they could have directed me to where i should handover this to. Such disspointment. Teach your staff to assist the customer and be professional.
