Contacted them and asked for their proposal for one of our sites. And they charged Rs. 10,000 for the site visit. After the visit in March 2019 after several calls and messages they sent one totally different design than discussed. Then I called and messaged several times asking for the design we agreed upon but didn't send anything. Even contacted the head office they took my details all over again but no response. The person who visited doesn't even answer the phone. Pathetic customer service. Good that I didn't get to continue further.
