It is a really nice hotel which has such a friendly staff. The CEO personally came and spoke to each of us at breakfast, to ensure that we were comfortable with our stay. Despite the covid situation at hand the hotel provides a spectacular service to its customers. Really enjoyed the stay!

One of the best Hotels I have stayed so far. Really friendly staff... Mr. Sumith as the CEO, walked up to each and every guest and making sure their stay is as expected or beyond expectation. I was amazed with the level care and attention given to the guests by the Hotel Staff.. Room was very neat and clean. Top to bottom, they all are focused on client's experience and making it the best. Thank you very much for everything..
Not recommend at all. Bathroom has many issues. Rooms are not cleaned. Dirty bed sheets. Check in time is 2 o clock. We reached there 3 o'clock. But rooms were not ready. No covid rules and regulations.
Very nice hotel by a Thissa Wewa water tank. Pretty close to the historic sites. Beautiful hotel, Well maintained gardens, Excellent Service, Rooms are clean and spacious, food is excellent. Highlight are the location and the food.
Went for the lunch buffet on the 4th of April 2021 and it was one of the worst experiences we've ever had. No COVID-19 regulations were followed at the buffet at all. The food had been arranged along the hallway and the crowd was passing by those without masks while the lids were open. Also, the glasses, cutlery and the plates were not clean at all. The food wasn't good as well. Not recommended.
We stayed at Heritage hotel last week. It is situated in a very scenic location near the Tissa Wewa. The service was excellent and they had taken all covid - 19 precautions. I must specially mention the CEO Mr Sumith Wijesinghe who personally looks into the welfare of all the guests.
Not worth of money spent. The experience is not favorable from the entrance. There were two washing stations provided both sides of the entrance and none of these sinks were properly cleaned and tissue bins were not emptied. Front office staff is not trained enough to welcome its guests in a professional manner. As per COVID-19 prevention regulations, staff should wear masks but none of the staff were not wearing masks including the staff at the kitchen. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and quality of food was horrible (curries were cooked without enough spices and salt and rice was cooked with an inferior quality rice). Rooms were quite big and spacious though, the condition of the washroom is really bad (gloomy, without enough space, broken taps and cubicles). This place is not recommended at all mainly due to improper and poor COVID-19 prevention practices.
