Very bad service and very cunning people, please do not go there.they try to cheat the customers for their advantage, if anyone needs to get their vehicle ,please be smart to deal with these cunning people or better to go for another place, there are so many places around ragama and kiribathgoda,just google to find. And dont get any disappointement with these cunning people.

Hi Roshane . U have requested to share the documents in order to obtain a rent a car from u . Once I shared the requested documents u vanished . U stopped answering my calls . What seems to be the issue here . If u are not able to rent a car with the documents provided u should have the courtesy to contact the customer or answer the call of the customer and decline the request . This is really a bad service and I dont understand the reason to avoid calls . Is this a genuine company . Bcz it concerns me that u do not return calls post collecting the customer documents. Once I shared the requested documents if the same was not sufficient for u to consider me as a legitimate customer u should have the courtesy to answer the phone and just say that u are not able to give the car . U kept avoiding my calls once I shared the documents. U should have at least sent me a text and said i am not eligible . That would have been the basic customer service. All u had to do was just answer the phone and decline the request . Just for your information I did get a rent a car . So thank u for ur so called service .
