Utter waste of precious time. I was told very clearly that a time slot is allocated but when I went there earlier than my alloted time, there were at least 7 people waiting. I regret going as they need to understand what "TIME" is all about. In that case they must tell, first come first serve basis. So people who has time will come there and sit and spend half a day. Disappointed!!!.
