The best yoga teacher! I have being doing yoga for 12 years and was positive I knew yoga, until I went to Myrus yoga! A very educational class for those who are serious about their mind, body and soul! Perfect for any level she will push you to your limits at your own speed. Highly recommend for mommy’s to lose baby fat and anyone who wants to improve flexibility, balance, cardio and core strength. After every class you will feel light and alive! Thank you Myrus yoga for a new great experience.
