Extremely bad after sales service. Bought a air conditioner and even after informing them to send a technician for the service last Friday still haven't send. Already given more than 10 follow up calls and every time say the technician Haitian will be coming today and yet didn't arrive. Asked to give the number of the so called technician and that also they don't send. Pathetic service!
