Seats could be improved abit. Otherwise everything else is on par with the rivals. Would strongly recommend the staff to ensure that people comply with covid laws. Last time I was there for Godzilla Vs Kong and many were violating the seating rules set by the theatre itself. No spacing was maintained on the F row I was in.

I watched 'Tenet' Today at Savoy 3D and it was a first-class experience ! The Dolby Atmos Sound System was Exceptional and It's safe to say that it's the best theater sound system I've experienced until now ! Kudos to Savoy for tuning the speakers to perfection ! The sound immerses you to the point that you feel like you are in the movie. Comfort of the seats & picture quality was excellent too ! The only complaint I have is the price, they should lower the prices a little bit, but otherwise It's a delightful experience !
Price of the tickets are too much.but its fine if we could take food what we need from outside.they didn't allow to bring the food inside.the reason from the manager is because of the covid,that they won't allow food.but if its the reason then they should have disinfection after every movie time.but its not hapening.
Savoy has a great sound sytem and the screen is so much better, you can get a fine experience from here and I love the online booking system, they have made it so easier. The only thing that didn't fit to me is the snack bar, wish if it has more flavors on popcorn and Sault one is really bad. Should have more drinks though. Overall it's a great experience. Most of time week days aren't that busy. You can watch the movie so peacefully and the staff is friendly, recommend for a great cinematic experience.
Recently, the movie theatre had increased security because of the recent attacks in the country, so we had to get checked before entering, which also means bags were not allowed. There was also a big line at the ticket counter, but we were able to skip it because we brought tickets in advance using the 444 app. We were going to watch Avengers Endgame, which is a 3 hour movie, so we had to wait about 45 minutes more than our time slot (4.15pm). Overall the film was fantastic, you can definitely notice the 3D effect, but the Dolby Atmos effects cannot be heard in this movie. Also, we didn't get enough time to buy snacks during the short intermission time.(5 minutes) Make sure you return your 3D glasses after the movie ends.
Good quality sound system and comfortable seating and fully air conditions. It is very very comfortable. It has a modern look too. Savoy is one of the good movie theater in Wellawatte.
Dont have the 3D facility due to covid. The sounds are a bit too loud. Furthermore the ads are repetitive.I visited there 2 years ago still the same ads roll out to this date. Staff was friendly but I feel like online streaming at home is much more comfortable.
Good Quality and best audio Quality experience you can get. Just a quick clean floor would add them a star
