We had a great time in there. Calm and quite place. Love this place. Food was delicious. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Kayaking and swimming in the lake was the best. And also we played cricket, volleyball and carom. Best place for friends outing or family outings.

One of the best locations to have fun with your friends. Great adventure camp with nice view and lot of activities. Friendly staff and delicious food. Clean washrooms and sanitary facilities. Highly recommended place to visit! :)
Achieving perfection in harmonious balance between a sense of adventure and tremendous fun, one would be hard pressed to surpass the Governor’s Camp Udawalawe, which lies seamlessly side by side with pure relaxation and exciting fun. The Camp is surrounded by a canopy of trees that attract a myriad birds, both endemic and migratory. This jungle Camp, securely nestled in a 3-acre plot, is surrounded by the Kiriibbanara Wewa, in all its pristine glory and is located a mere 12 km or 10 minutes away from the Udawalawe National Park entrance.
Great place to relax and have a great deal of fun with a large crew. Very spacious place. We stayed in tents and it was very cosy. You can do kayak and play cricket, volleyball, football and bike rides which is included in the package itself. Should specially remind the manager Mr. Bandara(a simple man) and his crew. They really tried hard to make us kept comfortable during the whole time. Place looks growing under his management.
Best for groups and family trips.. They got aWesome excursions such as canoeing, kayaking, electric boat rides. Best thing about boat rides are, we get to drive the boat on our own. And food they offer was amazing. We had a bbq with a bonfire,. That night was amazing. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Dorm beds and tents are comfortable too..
We had a wonderful time, very nice place with great food and activities that will keep you occupied throughout your stay - Volleyball, cycling, boat riding, and swimming in the lake. Special thanks to Bandara and his team who made our stay a great one.

Good outdoor experience. The place was basic but clean and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are seperate and outdoor units. They are clean and well maintained with running hot water. The food and the bbq tastes good and the lakefront views are exceptional. They even have a few kayaks for some good kayaking fun on the lake.
