We were given a wonderful welcome by the family who couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. We had dinner sitting out on the patio in a very pretty garden. The dinners were delicious and surpassed all the restaurant meals we had eaten in the previous week. Breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. We had a Sri Lankan breakfast which we hadn’t tried before. The owner was so kind taking us out around the lake in his tuc tuc, giving us information and arranging taxis for us. He and his wife even gave us a pack up for our journey when we left. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We were provided with toiletries, a hairdryer and bottled water. We would definitely recommend a stay at Hotel Bejewelled.
