Worst customer service! Called to asked the details of the prices, was answered by a man who was super rude, who asked me to come all the way from Colombo to down south if I want to know the prices, and slammed the phone on me.

Overall the massage was good, though if you are looking for a spa experience I would not recommend it and it’s rather pricy. I had a 80 min deep tissue massage, the therapist is very slow and the moves very flowy. If you like something more energetic this is not for you though if you look for a relaxing (even intimate) massage you might like it. The place is clean but it’s not a session to remember.
