Extremely unreasonable prices and incompetant staff who waste clients' time. Not recommended.

They charged us Rs.3,000/ more that what we should be charged just because of the hours spent by the incapable staff member who took so much of time to complete a 5 to 10 minute task. No matter how much we argued the manager still insisted the same amount. Will definitely not go there again and don't recommend this place to anyone.
I printed more than 400 certificates for a private institute and the business is done with (kaleidoscope) a person Chamith, (great work) and I got a request to print another 15 certificates in each design from that private institute today. So I went this shop today, and talking with front desk receptionist about this. suddenly the print section old man came and said he cannot print like that and said he wants to print minimum 50 certificates in each design. or he will put a markup as sample in red colour while printing. what is this mean? And mentioned that I was misusing all certificates, and security purpose? what proof he has ? why he said to a customer like that ? am I did anything wrong? printing some extra certificates from the schools request, is the only one thing I did. Why cant the front desk people get the job and instruct me, and why printer is involving in front desk and saying improper words to customers. I'm traveling more than 20 km for your shop from my place, and working with you for more than 5 years. Really sorry I never going to do printing with you hear-after. Please handle your customers in a proper way.
