worst restuarant experience ever. My pregnant wife found a worm in a piece of cake that we were going to eat and it was alive and she had already had a half of it when she noticed this. Showed it to manager and they apologized for it. I never expected something like that from a restuarant like this. They should re look at their quality standards.

Sen-Saal has renovated recently with more spacious atmosphere. Good choice of food varieties. Size of the portion can be increased but overall satisfied with the service and the quality of the food. Value for money.
Decent place for a bite to eat. Their selection of sweet and savoury pastries coupled with a number of meal options for both eat in and takeaway leave little to be desired from a casual pastry shop. They've also introduced a children's entertainment section that is quite clever at keeping kids distracted. Good value for money as well
Went on a working day. Wasn't crowded. Food was good and service was fast. A/C wasn't available. But the ambience was pleasant.
They sell old stuff.. will not recommend this place... This is not the 1st time they did this.. the owner will have to see in to this..even after calling an informing it seems that they don’t care.. it’s time to BOYCOTT this so called old stuff selling restaurant..this is for u
Tasty food and fast service. Staff can be more smile and make customers more happier. In the evening g parking g is little challenging but that is only due their demand. Not a bad thing.
Their food is good. But their staff is not friendly as they should be. The funny thing about Sensal is that some of the staff members even don't know the menu, and rejecting to serve food as those are not available even they have it already in the kitchen. Hope owner of this facility could improve customer satisfaction.
Last Visit : Apr 2021. Location in Battaramulla alomg Kaduwela road. Parking available next to the building and more at the back, accomodate more than 20 at time. Dine in option available with health guidelines. Cosy setting with good ambians. Multiple types of Rice menu during lunch time and savories anytime. Excellent quality for a low to mid range price. Staff very efficent and helpful.
