OPEN FOR DIVING !! PADI COURSES AND ADVENTURE DIVES

I contacted Feli prior to my arrival. We exchange many email. It was also convenient to contact on Whatsapp. All the relevant details with regard to my tec diver training course was given to me. Course material was sent to me a few weeks before I arrived. I arrived in sri lanka after completing the knowledge reviews. The course was conducted in a very friendly manner. I am thankful for the patience feli had. They will not let your carry your own twin cylinders before and after the dives. The Boat Capt Raj was always there to help to carry the gear. I did my last two open water tec training dives on the wreck HMS Hermes. What an experience. The currents are usually very strong. But for my luck ti was not strong. What a bonus indeed. The visibility too was excellent 30 m plus. The wreck HMS Hermes was one out of the three dive able wreckages of air craft carriers. I did two more extra adventure dives with twins and stages and used 50% nitrox for my accelerated decompression. The dive resort is very conveniently built adjoining the Batticaloa Lagoon, They also accept credit cards !! Thereby I could do two more extra dives. The Knowledge Feli had was great with his over 950 dives on the Hermes. He can lead you to every area of the wreck which certainly need about 10 or more dives to Explore. I will be back again !!
Unforgettable experience !! Amazing wreck dives !!! Need more dives !! I read a few reviews especially the re view of Alexi !! I signed up for the tec course with Feli. Everything was well organized !! After the long confined water session we moved to open water with twins and one stage cylinder. I felt comfortable. Next morning I was a bit nervous Bot crew loaded my gear. After the briefing we departed. Travelled about 15 mins to the wreck What a bonus ! Zero current on the surface !! With the first attempt dropped and secured the anchor. We descended along the shot line !! Wow What a visibility 40 m Top level is at 40 m The bilge Keel" We came across a garden of black corals, the magnitude of Fish, Yellow fin travelly, dog tooth Tunas , Snappers. The current at the bottom was strong. At the briefing Feli said "if the current is strong at the bottom lt' s swim against the current and come back. Feli has connected ropes at various places for divers to rest and hover around. We returned to the rope at the planned time !! Feli unhooked the anchor, Heaved it about 10 m off the top level of the wreck. We did our deco on the drift along with the shot line in sight. With his nearly 1000 dives on the wreck hermes !! I felt very safe. Hermes wreck dive with Feli is not just a dive !! You dive into the history !!
