There was a truck on the road pulled and broke our SLT connection cable. It's been 3 days now. We have called and informed to SLT Kalmunai branch around 4 times but still nobody come to fix it. Not even at least a call back from SLT. Current time is 09:53 AM which is their working hours. I tried to call them 3 times, now no one even answering the call. Very bad customer service.
