Reasonable service level and good precautions for the pandemic
Sometimes our FIBER connection breaks down.After that Internet and telephone line disconnect for a whole day. No matter how much we complain, they will accept it immediately.But They will not call back. They will not even tell us the knowledge about FIBER.
Good place. Variety of services are offered such as SLT landline, PioTV, home broadband, bill payments, etc. But you will have to experience long ques in billing.
I had my second worst experience today.. I had the first bad experience about three years ago when I came to upgrade my megaline connection. The lady I met that time was so rude and arrogant. This time I came to disconnect my connection due to moving house, the guy was no different. While I was waiting for my turn, that guy was very rude to a old gentleman who came to get some clarifications on his bill and to another guy who had issues with his peo tv. That guy was no different to me. Absolute worst customer experience ever... I'll never again use Telecom service.. will definitely move in to a private Telecom company...
Time waste only.
Worst service ever. Have been requesting to upgrade the package for a month. Go with another telco if you are planning to buy an internet connection.
