VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THINK TWICE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I purchased an expensive BRAND NEW item from this company ( A slewing bearing for a 12Ton excavator). It is a very difficult and costly repair as you have to split the undercarriage from the machine. After installing the so called Item we found that the It doesn’t work as it should,It had a play in it. When I reported the issue agents from the company(Including the manager) visited checked the machine themselves saw the problem and accepted to give a solution as soon as possible. I had to call the manager so many times for the next few days. I even contacted the director. It took them more than 5 days to sort out their problem. Finally They were able to take a decision and they let me keep the defective item and a partial refund (close to half of what I paid.) I agreed to their solution because I couldn’t afford to keep the machine Idle anymore and it costs around “50,000LKR” to do the same replacement again. It was so frustrating to keep calling them and not receive a straightforward solution for their Mistake . It was so hard to contact them as well. Contacting the Director made no difference.
