Good place for vehicle regular maintenance. They are always trying to deliver their service professionally. Other infrastructure facilities such as wash rooms rest reas organized well and a very clean place.

I went for my 3rd service yesterday and a bit disappointed with the washing. They charge a bit high for interior and exterior cleaning separately. But the work is not in expected level. I also mentioned this in my 2nd service with them. They need heavy improvement in waxing specially. They are doing washing part in hurry and the outcome is not in good level. Also service completion time is really bad. I handed over the vehicle around 1.00 pm. They said vehicle will be ready around 5.00 pm. But completed in rush to hand me over around 6.00 pm. Mechanical work os good to do vehicle service. But washing is not even nearly good. Need heavy improvement. They charged me for shampoo to add in water reservoir. But I had to check it my self and then only the adviser realized it was not added. I might not go again. Thinking about going to a different place to do my services next time.
Floor board Engine guard wasn't fixed properly after changing the Engine oil at the service. As a result we faced many inconveniences once the vehicle was taken back home. Upon complaining they blamed us for same and refused to do the corrections. Never admitted the mistake and no apology. Interior cleaning was not upto the mark. Carpets hasn't washed properly and placed all over. No Nitrogen air available for tyres. Over in all standards has drastically dropped down and after performing several services (been loyal customers) we have decided not to use this place anymore.

Great service, there is no hidden costs, any items they want to replace they run it through the customer and exactly tell you what the problems are, its affordable neat and and everything is done professionally.

Totally disappointed. They have informed to collect the vehicle by within 4 hours, but it has take 6 hours to handover it to me and now even finish the service at that time. Poor service. Poor customer service.
