Don't trust them.These are liars who deceive people.They take details and tell us lies. WhatsApp is a liar from their number. That person sends us a pdf asking us to sign their terms.Sign it and send a photo of it as soon as possible.That guy is very cunning. One of those terms is that they own 50% of the property after it is sold.Anyone who signs without reading is very helpless.Don't get caught by crooks like this.They fraudulently steal people's property.

Be wary - very shady salesperson. Half of properties are being contested so you'll be in court trying to clear your propriety afterwards. Makes large margins from sellers and buyers and has fallen out with her business partner.
