Sold me a faulty oven thermometer and then ignores all emails sent asking for a replacement. Will never purchase from them again. Update: Following the above review, they did respond to my emails and have resolved the issue (with a refund). If anyone has problems, recommended to call their hotline instead of emailing!

Indeed they have very good item collection, probably the best collection in SL. But unfortunately, they are unable to deliver the orders at least within 72-92h. And they keep using that "Usually within 48h - USUALLY" to justify their mistakes! So if you are in a hurry to get an order, never made the mistake I did! Also, some workers do not know how to contact or deal with the customer! Disappointed!

I ordered a pack of Polymer clay of 32 no.of colours for LKR 1950, the picture and the details stated as such in their website. Today i received the order, and it contains only 24 no.of colours. I don't know what would have happen to the rest of it. I feel like im cheated. Utterly disappointed!
