I never recommend Thunder and Neon for roller doors. Poor after sales service. I installed the roller door only two years ago but it doesn't work properly. I have placed complaints for several times for these two years. But they didn't fix my problem properly. The issue is still remaining. Thunder and Neon has the worst customer service. I think Elcardo is better than them
